This short premiered at SXSW in 2011, and was inspired by the artwork of Catherine Coan. Among her many professions as an artist, taxidermist, writer and professor, Coan creates these scenes described as, “meditations on captivity, miniature embodiment, the pet as fetish, and the relationship between death and delight.”
